Support and training
One of the key services provided to our corporate partners is sales and compliance training. St Andrew’s have an experienced team of customer relations associates who are responsible for all staff training, regular call cycle visits and management reviews. In addition, St Andrew’s provides our corporate partners with a dedicated Client Relations Manager who oversees the entire relationship.

St Andrew’s have developed an integrated training program designed to provide staff with a comprehensive and compliant level of product and sales knowledge for the general, consumer credit and life insurance product range. The benefit of this model is a reduction of down time for the sales representatives due to training and skills updating. Our training program is based around core introductory modules with regular updates and refreshers and provides financial institution staff with the skills they need to offer the products confidently and make the sale. Management reporting
